The hotel was opened in 2011, and in 2012 the hotel was full. All documents are in order, the land is bought and owned, admission for use # 16 is received, the property is framed by the Bulgarian legal entity (parent company - Russian). The hotel is located 200 meters from the beach, 300 meters from Aqua Park and only 50 m from the center of Ravda. The hotel - restaurant with a total built up area of 1169 sq. m has 15 rooms, namely the 10 double rooms, 4 big two-bedroom rooms and suites for master on the top floor (equipped with kitchen), with the total number of 40 sleeping seats. The restaurant of the hotel offers 50 places - in the open and the closed part. The kitchen is fully equipped with professional equipment and appliances. It offers fully equipped and furnished living- by famous Italian company "Martineli". Land owned - area of 586 sq. m. equipped with a swimming pool and built a room for a night club in the basement (needs to be finished). The hotel is decorated at "turnkey" stage, completely ready to use, the estimated yield of the season 50-60 thousand euro (including profits from the restaurant / night club).
The village of Ravda is located 2 km from the town of Nessebar, which is listed in the book of cultural heritage by UNESCO, only 5 km from the famous resort of Sunny Beach, 28 km north of Bourgas, 20 km from Bourgas International Airport and just a kilometer from the main highway. The beach here is environmentally friendly, with fine golden sand, lifeguards, beach umbrellas and deck chairs.
