The resort SUNNY BEACH is perched at 36 km north of Bourgas and about 90 km to the south of Varna and is the largest holiday complex on the Black Sea coast. It numbers over 130 hotels (more than 30 new built in last 10 years), erected in long and widde lanes, surrounded by green and shady parks. It is naturally set in a small bay, protected by the slopes of the Balkan Mountain to the north. Its long beaches reach as far as Nessebur to the south and St.Vlass to the north. The Mediterranean climate of the resort, a wide semi-circular bay facing east an over 8 km long beach strip, 30-60 m wide, fine golden sand, natural dunes a clean and gently sloping sea no dangerous fish, 1700 hours of sunshine from May trough September and average daily temperature in summer 27C makes it preferable for tourism.
The resort offers the whole spectre of services as well as plenty of entertainments for the children.
There are 130 restaurants and numerous live music bars, pubs, nightclubs, discos and cafes. It has been undergoing continuous expansion for many years. In recent years almost the whole hotel base has been renovated and several new luxurious hotels have been built as well as many apartment complexes.
It is widely believed in Bulgaria that Sunny Beach was heavily overdeveloped in the 2000s to the detriment of its greenery, former serenity, safety and the quality of public services.
The airports serving Sunny Beach are Burgas Airport (around 25 ) and Varna Airport (around 100 km). Sunny Beach (Sunny Beach bus station) is well connected by bus with all larger Bulgarian cities. The first passenger railway station is Burgas.
Attractions for tourists include the sunning at the beach, water sports and the nearby historical site of Nessebar. There are two new aqua parks near the resort. The Golden Orpheus International Festival of Popular Song, the Decade of Symphonic Music, part of the International Folklore Festival, fashion-shows and various beach competitions are held there.
“SUN VILLAGE” The complex consists of three self architectural buildings each on six floors, interconnected internal spaces facing the sea. The main goal in the organization and orientation of the buildings is every apartment to have a panoramic view to the sea. Pergolas, sun beds, and more, give comfort and character of the buildings. Each building has an elevator.
The complex is located 500 meters from the Black Sea and the beach of Sunny Beach which is 9 kilometers long.
"Sun Village" provides 133 apartments, including 78 one-bedroom and 75 two-bedroom. There are apartments with size from 53 sq m to 101 sq m, and the last level apartments have spacious balconies. During the construction were laid most advanced thermal and hydro insulation materials, plastic windows, special protective coatings and other quality materials.
The complex has a swimming pool with a length of 30m, for your children there are a separate water spaces. There are also showers and toilets at the swimming pool.
The complex provides a bar, restaurant with outdoor terrace and a supermarket.
There is a parking in the complex with 40 car places.

APARTMENT: The dwelling expends to 55 sq. m of living area. It comprises a living room with a kitchen, one bedrooms and a bathroom. It is located on the sixth floor with wonderful veranda and view to the swimming pools. The apartment is for sale completely luxury furnished.
The complex is officially opened 2007 and it has an authorization for use (App. 16).
The annual maintenance fee in the complex is 500 Euro.
