This old house has been renovated by our company to a modern standard whilst maintaining lots of period features.
The house is massive built with stones and bricks and offers 110 sq.m of living space divided into two floors. It comes with a good sized yard - the whole plot is 830 sq. m in total. The property is located close to the center of the village, near the main road and is easily accessible.
The ground floor comprises of spacious dining room, lounge with a fireplace, kitchen and a WC. On this floor, the original stone walls and the wooden beams on the ceilings were left as decoration, thus preserving the unique and exclusive charming atmosphere of the typical Bulgarian rural house architecture.

Drachevo is a quiet small-sized Bulgarian village with a population of about 500 people and several grocery stores and pubs. There is also a daily public transport to Bourgas and the town of Sredets.
