The house was built with multi-camera German bricks – Winberger. The internal walls are solid bricks as well.
The windows are double glazed PVC 2 way opening produced in Germany by Rehau – 7 cameras, they are high energy savings, slightly tinted.
The roof tiles are produced in Greece, they are glazed clay – not cheap concrete tiles that don’t last as long.
The house is wired with German wires and fitted with German electrical switches. Every floor has separate electrical circle and protection shutting system.
There is an anti-thunder system / you may see the wire sticking on the top of the octagon roof.
There are TV, phone, and internet points in every room.
The house was designed for a central heating system. There are pipes running under the wooden floor with exits for radiators under every window in every room.
The house has a system for Solar panels – all the pipe work has been done
At the front of the house there is a double glazed PVC door leading into a porch and a second mahogany security door.
On the back there is a Metal, dry sprayed security door. The ceilings on the ground floor are 3 meters high.
All walls are plastered. They haven't been painted which gives you the opportunity to make them to your taste.
The floors in the corridors, bedrooms, front rooms are all real wood.
The kitchen is fitted with Italian tiles. The kitchen cabinets are available and just need to be fitted.
The downstairs bathroom is completely finished.
The master bathroom and the shared bathroom are not tiled – there are 2 bathtubs and 2 sinks from Italy available for them.
The veranda is not tiled yet but the granite tiles that have to be fitted are also available.
For the attic floor there are cabinets available for the small kitchen to be fitted.
OUTSIDE THE HOUSE – everything is completed – the house has fitted windows with mosquito nets and granite window seals. The house is plastered with Italian silicon plaster and insulated with 5 cm high quality insulation. The guttering is completed.
THE VERANDA – size 42 sq.m is not tiled – BUT WE HAVE THE GRANITE TILES FOR IT.
DINNING ROOM – wooden floor, French patio doors, 2 windows. All walls are plastered. There are fitted wall lights. There is a separation box for a second fire place to be fitted if needed. There are TV, phone and internet points in the room. There are outlets for one radiator. There is a door connecting the dinning room with the main entrance. There is no door fitted only opening. Two big sliding doors are leading into the kitchen. The sliding doors are made from white aluminum with dark tinted hardened glass.
KITCHEN – tiled floor, 2 big windows and another door connecting it with the main entrance. The kitchen cabinets are purchased but not fitted yet. There are vertical textile blinds. All walls are plastered. There are two chandeliers. TV, phone and Internet points. Outlets for one radiator.
THE BATHROOM – white aluminum double glazed door with two side mirrors. The bathroom is fully tiled with Italian tiles and floor mosaic; there is a shower cubic with hardened 10mm glass. There is toilet, mirror, sink and lights fitted. Outlets for one radiator. One big window.
The main entrance and the corridor are with wooden floors, the walls are plastered. All the lights on the ceiling and the walls are fitted.
Next to the back door is the UTILITY ROOM. There are pipes and outlets for washing machine, the main electrical fuse box is fitted there.
The main entrance is leading into a large corridor with very large space – OPEN TO BELLOW – all together 6 meters high. There is a massive panoramic window. In this space there are TV, Internet and phone points. The floor is wood, the walls are plastered and all the lights are fitted. If you look up you will see the second floor landing – there is no banister fitted. Outlets for one radiator.
FRONT ROOM/LIVING ROOM - has an octagon shape. There are 3 bay arched windows with vertical blinds from one side and one glass wall. From open to bellow you enter the living room through two big sliding glass doors. The floor is wood; the walls are plastered. All wall lights and chandeliers are fitted. There is an air-conditioner / hot and cold/There are TV, internet and phone points and outlets for three radiators under the windows.
A STAIRCASE is leading to the first floor. All walls are plastered , the lights are fitted. There is a window with vertical blinds and outlets for radiator underneath.
The LANDING UPSTAIRS has been finished in wood. The banister was not been fitted.
From this landing there are 6 doors.
Door 1 – leading into the MASTER BEDROOM. An octagon shape with 3 bay windows with, 3 outlets for radiators, one panoramic window, wooden floor, plastered walls, TV, internet and phone points. Another door leading into a walk-in-wardrobe with wooden floor, leading into the en suite. The en suite has not been tiled. There is a bathtub and 2 round sinks available for it. There is a window and outlets for radiator there.
Door 2 – leading into a SINGLE BEDROOM. Wooden floor, window, outlets for radiator, plastered walls, TV, Internet and phone points.
Door 3 – leading into a DOUBLE BEDROOM / on the back of the house/ – has wooden floor, plastered walls, two windows, outlets for radiator, TV, Internet and phone points.
Door 4 - – leading into another DOUBLE BEDROOM / on the front of the house/– has wooden floor, plastered walls, two windows, outlets for radiator, TV, Internet and phone points. There is a door leading onto a terrace – the terrace has hot been tiled and banister has not been fitted.
Door 5 – leading into BATHROOM – to be shared between the 3 bedrooms/ Has not been tiled. There is a window, outlets for radiator, and a bathtub.
Door 6 – leading into a staircase to the top floor. The staircase has not been tiled. The walls are plastered .
The panoramic room has again an octagon shape / could be arranged like front room.
There is a back room suitable for kitchen – the cabinets have been purchased but not fitted.
The under roof space could be arranged like 3 bedrooms and bathroom. All necessary electric and pipe work has been done.
Although it needs some finishing touches the house is completely livable. The work that has to be done is as follows:

Banisters to be fitted on first floor landing.
The exciting fire place is heating quite well, so in a later stage if you need you can install the central heating boiler, and the solar panels.
