LOCATION: The village of Zidarovo is situated in Southeastern Bulgaria and it is part of Sozopol Municipality, Bourgas District. Sozopol is the oldest, seaside town in Bulgaria, located on a point in the southernmost part of Bourgas Bay. Its name has Greek origin and means the Town of the Deliverance. The Old Sozopol is an architectural and archaeological reserve with characteristic of Sozopol XIX-th century's houses, built of stone and wood. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offer is a two-storey, brick-built cottage in good repair situated on the edge of the village. The accommodation extends to 70 sq. m. Water and electricity were connected inside. There is an outside toilet, provided with a cesspit. A gravel road leads to the property. The exterior of the house was plastered and its interior needs modernising. Our team of professional builders is on hand to you for any building or repair work.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor is a corridor and two rooms, prepared for renovation.
FIRST FLOOR: External stairs lead to the upper floor including a corridor and three rooms.
GARDEN: Surrounded by a wire fence, the garden extends to 810 sq. m. It hasn't been cultivated recently. There is a shelter on the site.
The village of Zidarovo has all local amenities such as a medical centre, a post office, shops, cafes, a mobile network, regular bus transport to nearby towns and villages.
