LOCATION: The village of Zidarovo is situated in Southeastern Bulgaria and it is part of Sozopol Municipality, Bourgas District. Sozopol is the oldest, seaside town in Bulgaria, located on a point in the southernmost part of Bourgas Bay. Its name has Greek origin and means the Town of the Deliverance. The Old Sozopol is an architectural and archaeological reserve with characteristic of Sozopol XIX-th century's houses, built of stone and wood. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: We offer you a two-storey, brick-built cottage in good repair situated on the edge of the village, near a stream. The accommodation extends to 80 sq. m. Water and electricity were connected inside. There is an outside toilet, provided with a cesspit. A gravel road leads to the property. The exterior of the house needs plastering and painting and modernising its interior. You could rely on our team of professional builders for any building or repair work.
GROUND FLOOR: On the ground floor is a corridor, one room, a pantry and a bathroom.
FIRST FLOOR: External stairs lead to the upper floor including a corridor and two rooms.
GARDEN: The garden, enclosed by a wire fence and planted with some grapevines and fruit trees, extends to 405 sq. m. It hasn't been cultivated recently. There is a shelter on the left of the house.
