LOCATION: The village of Orlintsi is located in Southeast Bulgaria and it is part of Sredets Municipality, Bourgas District. The village lies in the west part of the Bourgas Lowland and is near the Mandra Lake. The recreation zone of Bozhura is one of the most prosperous place for development of tourism in the Sredets region. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Our offfer is a cosy country house in need of repair and modernisation. An offer that mustn't be neglected as the property has the potential to become a modern family home with the assistance of our skillful builders and at the same time it is a reasonable offer. The accommodation, arranged over two floors, extends to 70 sq. m. There is a small, dilapidated shed to the left of the main house. The house is with water and power supply. There is an outside toilet, provided with a cesspit, but there isn't a bathroom. The house is situated on the edge of the village and benefits from the lovely views over the countryside. Near the cottage is a little lake and a stream flows past. The property, surrounded by a wire fence, is on a dirty road.
