The village of Dabovo is located in the south-eastern part of Bulgaria, just 5 km from the mineral springs of the village of Stefan Karadjovo. It is recommended for hard-attacks, kidney- urological and stomach-diseases.
The adjacent villages are : Popovo, Goliamo Krushevo, Denitsa, as a municipal centre - town of Boliarovo. Within a short driving distance of the village of Dabovo is situated the town of Elhovo(18 km )., There are many UK people in the municipalities of Elhovo and Boliarovo. 80 km from the south Black Sea / town of Bourgas there is an international Airport ' Sarafovo , and about 50 km from the village is situated a custom-house – Lesovo. It is a very good possibility for relaxation, tourism and business with Turkish.
The village is located near to the river of ' Popovska reka '. There are asphalt roads, connect to the nearest towns and villages.
The village of Dabovo is small but it is of a strategics situation. It reveals wonderful opportunities for business (a trade, a hunt, a fishing, a thremmatology and etc.)
The village has been existing for centuries, as it used to be located in the place called ' Iurtata ', but later on , the people settled down in this place. The legend tells, that this place is full of oak-trees (in Bulgarian language oak- trees, means Dab) and the name of this village comes from Dab, Dabovo.
